Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we do with your information when you use this website or contact us. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

Who we are

This website is operated by PT Tomohawk Property Group, trading as Fabric, of Jl. Raya Munggu, Munggu, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. There is no account to create and no login.

• When you use the enquiry form: your name, your email address and your WhatsApp number.
• When you message or email us: whatever you choose to put in that message.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising pixels, analytics tracking or behavioural profiling on this site, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your details to answer your enquiry, send you the property information you asked for, and continue that conversation. Where you have given us your details in order to be contacted, that consent is our basis for processing under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Where we need to keep records to meet a legal or tax obligation, that obligation is our basis.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with other agents or developers.

Who else can see it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

• Google Workspace hosts our email, so any email you send us sits in that system.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the enquiry. Our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, so the conversation runs on WhatsApp's infrastructure under their own privacy terms.
• Our hosting provider stores the server logs described above.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by Indonesian law.

Content embedded from other sites

Some pages embed a Google Map or a background video from YouTube. When those load, the provider can see that your browser requested them and may set their own cookies. We use YouTube's no-cookie embed domain to limit this, but we do not control what those providers do. Their privacy policies apply to that activity.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The only cookies that may appear come from the embedded Google Maps and YouTube content described above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Where a transaction proceeds, we keep the records required by Indonesian law for as long as that law requires. Server logs are kept short-term. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email hello@fabriclivin.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who on our team can access it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
